Welcome to Walymel Travel. By accessing our website and booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Company Information

Walymel Travel is a travel and tour service provider based in Tunisia, offering local and international travel experiences, tours, excursions, and customized travel services.

2. Booking & Reservation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking request becomes valid only after it is submitted through our website or confirmed by our team.
  • Bookings are considered pending until payment is received and verified.
  • Once payment is verified, the booking status is updated to Booked and a travel voucher is issued.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • Prices may vary depending on season, availability, number of participants, and selected services.
  • International payments are processed via bank transfer.
  • Local Tunisian customers may pay in Tunisian Dinar (TND) using approved local payment methods.
  • Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Payment Methods

Walymel Travel currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (for international and local customers)
  • Local payment methods in Tunisian Dinar (TND) for residents of Tunisia

Customers must include their booking reference in the payment description. Proof of payment must be sent via email or WhatsApp for verification.

5. Payment Verification & Confirmation

  • Payment verification may take up to 24 hours.
  • Once payment is verified, the booking becomes confirmed and a voucher is sent by email.
  • Walymel Travel reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the tour or service booked.

Important Notice Regarding Refunds:

  • Once payment is received, refunds to international bank accounts are not always possible.
  • This limitation is due to regulations imposed by the Central Bank of Tunisia, which restrict international money transfers and refunds.

In case of cancellation after payment:

  • The paid amount may be converted into travel credit, usable for any future booking with Walymel Travel, with no expiration date.
  • For customers located in Tunisia, refunds may be issued in Tunisian Dinar (TND), depending on the situation.

By completing a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts these refund limitations.

7. Changes & Modifications

  • Customers may request changes to their booking subject to availability.
  • Any modification may result in a price adjustment.
  • Walymel Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that all personal and travel information provided is accurate.
  • Customers are responsible for arriving on time at the meeting point.
  • Failure to comply with instructions may result in denial of participation without refund.

9. Liability & Insurance

  • Walymel Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
  • We are not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or damages beyond our control.
  • We strongly recommend customers obtain personal travel insurance.

10. Force Majeure

Walymel Travel shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, strikes, or government regulations.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information is used solely for booking and communication purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Tunisian courts.
