What Payment Method is Accepted?

Walymel Travel exclusively accepts bank transfers as the method of payment. This ensures a secure and reliable transaction process for both parties. We do not accept cash, credit cards, or online payment platforms at this time.

What Are the Deadlines for Payment?

To confirm your reservation, payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the trip details. This ensures that your spot is secured, especially during peak travel periods. For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly to discuss immediate payment options.

How to Confirm My Reservation After Payment?

Once you’ve completed the bank transfer, follow these steps:

  1. Take a screenshot or photo of the payment confirmation receipt from your bank.
  2. Send the proof of payment via email to reservations@walymeltravel.com or WhatsApp to +216 27 171 043.
  3. Our team will verify the transaction and send you a confirmation email with your booking details and voucher.

Your reservation is officially confirmed once you receive this email. If you have any issues or need assistance, our support team is here to help you every step of the way.

Modifications & Cancellations

Can I Modify or Cancel a Booking?

Yes, at Walymel Travel, we understand that plans can change. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Modifications:
    • You can request changes to your booking, such as the date, number of participants, or trip details, by contacting us at least 72 hours before the trip date.
    • Modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if there are price differences between the original and new bookings.
  • Cancellations:
    • You can cancel your reservation by notifying us via email or phone at least 7 days before the scheduled trip. Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges as per our refund policy.
What Are the Refund Conditions?

Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency:

  • Full Refund:
    • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the trip date.
  • Partial Refund:
    • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the trip will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount.
  • No Refund:
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip date or no-shows will not be refunded.
  • Bank Transfer Fees:
    • Please note that any refund will exclude bank transfer fees, which will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.
